-
Traffic is not billed by volume: you do not pay per gigabyte, and your server is never switched off because of volume. The server is for personal use — for you, your family or your team.
Each server has a monthly outbound traffic allowance (monthly accounting periods switch at 21:00 UTC+00:00 on the last day of each calendar month; that instant belongs to the next period): 1 TB or 5 TB depending on the location. The allowance and usage are shown next to the server in your dashboard. If usage exceeds the allowance, the service may reduce the server speed to 20 Mbit/s until the end of the accounting period — with no extra charge and no disconnection. Before reducing speed, we notify you by email at 80% and 100% of the allowance.
This rule applies to orders placed from 01.10.2026; for servers ordered earlier, it applies from 01.11.2026.
- Forbidden on our servers:
-
- Fraud, hacking, insults, threats and defamation;
- Password guessing (brute force), port scanning and testing the services exposed on those ports for vulnerabilities;
- Creating phishing websites;
- Spam (including spam on forums, websites and blogs) and any activity that may cause the server's IP address to be blacklisted (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, etc.);
- Email mailings;
- Distributing malicious software (viruses, trojans and anything that can affect the operation of software);
- Hacking websites and looking for their vulnerabilities (including SQL injection);
- Distributing materials without the copyright holder’s knowledge (video, music, software, etc.);
- Violating the laws of the country where the server to which you connect is located;
You bear full personal, administrative and criminal responsibility for unlawful acts and their consequences.
The service reserves the right to terminate service to the user unilaterally, without giving reasons and without the possibility of reinstatement.
